Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Feppo Waterless Oil Diffuser need water?
No. The Feppo Waterless Oil Diffuser uses cold-air diffusion and does not require water. It turns essential oil into a dry nano mist without dilution.
1. How large of an area can this diffuser cover?
The FEPPO Waterless Diffuser covers approximately 1,600–2,150 sq. ft. (150–200 m²), making it ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and open spaces. Actual coverage may vary depending on room layout and airflow.
Does the diffuser come with fragrance oils?
Yes! It includes five 20 mL fragrance oils (100 mL total) in different scents: Classic Luxury Amber, Clean Citrus Floral, Green Tea Blossom, Crystal Amber Rose, and Tea Blossom Serenity.
Can I adjust the fragrance intensity?
Yes! Choose from 10 intensity levels to match your space and preferences. Each level releases mist for 30 seconds, while the pause between bursts decreases from 10 minutes at Level 1 to just 1 minute at Level 10.
Can I use my own fragrance oils?
The diffuser is designed for oils suitable for waterless atomization. We recommend using the included fragrances or confirming compatibility before trying other oils. Never add water to the oil bottle.
Is the diffuser quiet enough for a bedroom?
Yes! It operates at under 32 dB when measured from 1 meter away, making it a quiet choice for bedrooms, offices, and other relaxing spaces.
Can I set a timer for the diffuser?
Yes! The built-in timer lets you select an operating duration from 1 to 24 hours in 1-hour increments, so you can customize how long your diffuser runs.
How do I control the diffuser?
Simply use the intuitive control dial and TFT display to adjust fragrance intensity, set the timer, and customize the ambient lighting.
Why does the diffuser stop misting between bursts?
That's normal! The diffuser uses intermittent misting to control fragrance intensity and oil consumption. It automatically alternates between misting and pausing based on your selected level.
Does the diffuser need to stay plugged in?
Yes. It comes with a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) USB power cable and a power adapter for convenient plug-in operation.
How do I clean and maintain the diffuser?
Keep the fragrance bottle and atomizing components clean, especially when switching scents or if mist output becomes weak. Follow the cleaning instructions in the user manual and keep the electronic base dry.
