Match the part to your model first

Filters and dust cups are not shared across the mattress vacuum, the PRO and the stick vacuum. Check the model name on the body of your unit before ordering so the seal seats correctly.

How often to replace

A clogged HEPA filter drops suction long before it looks dirty. Replace filters and sponge pads every two to three months with regular use, or sooner if you vacuum more than one bed.

Freshness inserts and scent

Freshness inserts sit in the airflow path of the PRO and scent the heated air. They are consumable — swap them when the scent fades rather than running them dry.
